Carrara Arte create and distribute objects made mainly of Carrara marble as well as artistic items performed by its owner, Roberto Tagliazucchi.

Payments
Payments are made in advance via PayPal (Visa, Mastecard, Amex, Aura, PayPal, etc.) or through SEPA Bank Transfer.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by DHL International Carrier at a standard cost indicated in the order.
In case of breakage during transportation, the object will be replaced at no charge upon sending via e-mail a photo proving breakage.
Right of withdrawal.
Clients have right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery for the works of art to be notified via an e-mail addressed to:

Refunds
We shall reimburse the amount paid for the cost of the object cost within 7 days from the date of the e-mail stating withdrawal.
Refunds will be made via PayPal or through Bank transfer, depending on the data in our possession.
Withdrawal of the object.
Die Rücksendung der Ware erfolgt auf Kosten des Käufers und muss in der Originalverpackung an den von uns angegebenen Spediteur geliefert werden.
